No. We're your Financier. FNCR is a financial advisory platform built by founders, operators and bankers who've spent decades on every side of the business finance table. We work with a network of 1,000+ lenders — including banks, non-bank lenders, SBA preferred lenders, asset-based lenders, specialty credit funds — and match your business to the right one. The advisor relationship is with us; the loan is with the lender. We don't take a balance-sheet position in your business.

How does FNCR make money?

We earn a referral fee from the lender when a loan closes. The fee is built into the lender's economics, not added to your rate — you pay no more by working with us than you would going direct. In most cases you'll pay less, because our volume earns better pricing than a one-off relationship can. Fee structures across the network vary (flat, success-fee, revenue-share); we're transparent about ours with both sides.

It depends on the product. Same-day is possible for factoring. A couple weeks is typical for lines of credit and equipment. 2–4 weeks for term loans and ABL. 30–60 days for SBA and complex receivables. The deeper end of our network targets businesses with $1M–$100M revenue, where our programmatic partnerships sit. We do not work with pre-revenue concepts, "sin" industries are often excluded by much of our lender base (adult, cannabis in restricted states, firearms manufacturing, gambling), and we do not do pure consumer credit.

Pre-revenue startups aren't a fit for traditional debt, but we work with revenue-generating early-stage companies — especially in SaaS and industries where revenue-based financing and ARR-secured lines are mature products. How does Equipment Financing work?

A dedicated loan or lease to acquire business equipment, secured by the equipment itself. Spreads the cost over the useful life, preserves working capital, and is often tax-advantaged (Section 179, bonus depreciation). Tickets in our network range from $25K micro-tickets to $50M for large fleet and capital equipment. Sweet spot for our programmatic partners is $1M–$20M tickets in healthcare, industrial, and transportation equipment.

You sell or pledge unpaid invoices to a financing partner and receive an advance of typically ~80%+ of invoice face within 24–72 hours; the remaining balance lands when your customer pays, less the fee. Best fit for B2B businesses with creditworthy obligors and 30–90 day payment terms. We place $250K - $50M+ facilities.

How does Purchase Order Financing work?

A short-term advance to pay suppliers for goods needed to fulfill a specific large order. The lender pays your supplier directly, takes security in the inventory and the resulting receivable, and gets repaid when your customer pays. Used heavily by manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and importers/exporters who land a single order that exceeds their working-capital headroom. Typical advance covers 70–100% of supplier cost. Costs more than a line of credit, but unlocks revenue you'd otherwise have to turn away.

Capital advanced in exchange for a fixed percentage of future monthly revenue until a multiple is repaid. No fixed monthly payment — the dollar amount flexes with revenue. Typical RBF in our network advances 4–8 months of revenue at 1.2x–1.5x return caps, with 12–36 month effective payback. We're particular about RBF placement because while fast and powerful, the wrong fit becomes expensive fast.

Used to top up senior debt without diluting equity — common in acquisition financing, growth capital for established businesses, and recapitalizations. Tickets in our network: $2M–$50M, rates typically mid-teens, often with PIK toggle and warrant coverage. We place these with specialty mezzanine funds and private credit partners who underwrite cash flow rather than collateral.

Approval is rigorous — full underwriting, 30–60 day timelines — but the structure is unmatched for the right borrower. We work with SBA Preferred Lenders that close on their own paper without typical SBA delays.

Your advisor sends a tailored checklist after the initial call — we don't ask for paperwork we don't need to place your deal, and we don't ask you to waste time — all lenders you greenlight get the organized pack from us, and confirm with you.

Do I have to commit to volume?

No. There's no minimum-volume commitment to be in the network. We send deals when they match your box; you fund the ones you want. The relationship grows organically — lenders that consistently fund get prioritized in routing. We do work with select lenders on specific scale programs, and by necessity vet your capacity to be productive members of those programs.

What happens if a deal doesn't fit your box?

We re-route. Every deal gets categorized at intake by product, ticket, vertical, and credit profile, then matched to the lenders whose box it fits. If your underwriting decides to pass, that doesn't kill the deal — it goes to the next-best fit. This is particularly important for the bank-to-private-credit handoff: regulated balance sheets sometimes have to pass on deals or portions of the overall finance that private credit will close, and we've built that coordination into the routing.

Our partner networks sit on transactional touchpoints with their members (purchasing, credentialing, supplier onboarding, member billing), and we embed financing offers into those flows so they appear at the moment of need: an equipment purchase, an inventory build, a contract win, a new member onboarding. The result: deal flow that arrives pre-qualified by programmatic, proactive strategy and context, not by cold outreach. Across our active programs we see conversion rates several times higher than the cold-call benchmark in the same vertical.

Data exchange is governed by a formal DPA; we handle PHI, PII, and competitive data with the same care our financial partners expect, and deploy on-prem in your systems if desired.

Our partners are member-facing brands, and their client trust already sits with them — so program outreach, materials, and member-level relationships can go out initially white-labelled under the partner brand, with FNCR introduced as the financing engine. Co-branding and more distance in the branding relationship is at your option where it makes sense (joint vs individual announcements, case studies). We don't compete with our partners for the member relationship but provide flexibility to fit your marketing goals and legal stance.
